Steiff Summer Festival Top Hat Bear

This bear was released in 2019 for the Summer Festival.  This unique friend is a 7" puppet that moves in and out of his top hat with a wooden stick.  Limited to 500 pieces, he comes with a box and certificate of authenticity.
